Adeline West has a passion for creating memories and new experiences with food and beverage. She studied at the Culinary Institute of America in Saint Helena, California. During her time in Saint Helena she fell in love with wine, moving her career out of the kitchen and into the beverage industry. After completing her Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management, she began her career as a Sommelier. She spent 3 years learning from the demanding New York City wine industry before returning to her home state of California. Adeline is in the process of testing for her Advanced Certification with the Court of Master Sommeliers and is always hungry for more knowledge.
